In Ayurvedic medicine, it is famous for its cooling and calming effect. It comes from a cross between spearmint and aquatic mint.

The essential oil of peppermint is known for its purifying and soothing virtues.

DIETARY SUPPLEMENT

Recommended daily portion: 1 to 3 drops per day (equivalent to 45 to 135mg) during maximum 2 to 3 days in a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
